It's no secret that the older we get, the harder it is to keep your weight in shape. Muscle wasting will decrease basal metabolism (calories burned at rest). Calories that were once burned by the body are now stored as fat, and if our calorie intake stays the same, we gain weight!

 

Increasing our physical activity will therefore reduce muscle loss and maintain basal metabolism!

In addition, our lifestyles become more sedentary sometimes leave much room for sport and result to move less and eat more.

Endurance and strength training will decrease body fat and increase muscle mass .

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is also a good way to lose weight, combining periods of high intensity and periods of active recovery.

By combining the resumption of physical activity and a rebalancing of food , the body will transform, tone up and the scale will show weight loss over the weeks.

It is obvious that one does not go without the other. Change must take place across the board for lasting and effective weight loss.

It's important to eat better without filling your days with frustrations !
